  27. The problem of transliterating (not translating) the Arabic letters 
  28. into English is that with each Arabic letter comes a vowel sign indicating 
  29. the continuation of the current letter while pronouncing the next letter 
  30. of the word. So in transliteration, an Arabic letter may be represented 
  31. by one or more English letters.

  33. "2" : the letter "HAMZA" which is a form of the several forms that belong 
  34. to the first letter in the Arabic alphabet which is called "Aleph". 
  35. "3" :  the letter "AIN" which is the 18th letter in the alphabet.

  38. It is He Who Has taught, and manifested His glory,
  39. and the geometric circle about His abilities speaks.
  40. The humans know the calculated measurements,
  41. of the geometry of circles,
  42. while His great knowledge,
  43. is knowing the endings of all digits.
